Returns
We want you to love your new Siopashoo purchase, but if you’re not completely delighted, we’re happy to accept returns, and refund the cost of the item, up to 14 days after delivery to you. Footwear should be returned in the original box, in perfect resaleable condition. You must include a returns docket – this is the yellow slip included in your delivery.
Please post items back to: Siopashoo, 5 Main Street, Cahersiveen, Co Kerry, Ireland.
We do not cover the cost of returning goods unless faulty.
Shoes bought online can be returned in-store in Cahersiveen, within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by the returns docket.
We do not accept returns on sale items if the discount is 50% or more.
